Our journey began in 1987 when Master Pizzaiolo Giovanni Rossi brought his family's centuries-old recipes from Naples to create something truly special.
Every ingredient is carefully selected from small Italian farms and local artisans who share our commitment to quality. Our San Marzano tomatoes are sun-ripened in volcanic soil, our mozzarella is handmade daily, and our dough rests for 72 hours to develop its signature flavor.
The heart of our kitchen is our wood-fired oven, built by hand using techniques passed down through generations. It reaches the perfect 900°F, creating that irreplaceable char and smoky depth that defines authentic Neapolitan pizza.
